工作內容
1. 处理客户售后问题，包括包裹追踪、投诉处理等。
2. 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度。
3.具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够熟练处理客户问题。
4.有较强的责任心和耐心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
