Location
*Bandar Sunway, Nadayu (Next to Sunway College)

Job Scope
* Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
* Assist customers and tenants by providing accurate information and resolving their inquiries.
* Handle tenant-related issues and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure timely solutions.
* Follow up on customer requests, bookings, and rental-related matters.
* Prepare, update, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word.
* Perform other customer service and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
