📍工作地点：UOA Business Park Shah Alam. (LRT Subang Jaya 对面)
💰Salary Package up to 4000-5000‼️
🕒工作时间 : 5个工作天，1天 9H
（包括1小时Meal break）

客服岗位负责确保客户（旅客 & 合作伙伴）得到专业且及时的支持，主要工作包括：
✅通过电话、邮件、线上聊天等沟通渠道提供优质客服支持，处理订单相关咨询（如预订、改期、取消、付款等）
✅解决不同国家和地区客户的问题并提供满意的解决方案
✅满足个人与团队的 KPI 目标（如响应速度、客户满意度等）
✅识别并向上级反映潜在流程改善点，提升客户体验
✅保持客户信息的保密性和专业态度
✅有时需处理简单行政文书工作，根据团队需求完成其他任务
