Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Ownership: Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from onboarding to renewal.

Execution & Accountability: You aren't just managing; you are executing. You’ll hold clients accountable to commitments and handle difficult commercial discussions with composure.

Growth & Performance: Identify expansion opportunities, manage contract renewals, and monitor account health/SLAs.

AI Integration: Use AI tools daily to automate repetitive tasks, draft communications, and analyze account data.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.

Industry: Background in SaaS, Fintech, or IT-related sectors is preferred.

Skills: Strong commercial acumen and proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Communication: Exceptional English and Bahasa Melayu fluency to navigate the Malaysian business landscape.
