Customer Success (quantity surveyor)

Responsibilities :
-To do essential service work (include basic training, project guidance, remote technical support and etc.).
-To be responsible for annual revenues in terms of service scope of work.
-To assist for product management (including product requirement collection, new version testing, FAQ collection and any other product related matters).
-To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
-Responsible for improving software usage rate, renewal rate and service satisfaction indicators.
-Assist to develop benchmark users, case project collections and methodology summary.
-To update and maintain all the CS relevant data timely and completely.
-To do some other ad-hoc special tasks when necessary.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent, fresh graduate are welcomed
-Preferred Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost
-Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
-Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and result-oriented
