Customer Support Executive (China & Hong Kong Market)

Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
-Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
-Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
-Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary
-Follow company guidelines and service standards

Job Requirements
-SPM or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
-Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule
-Permanent night shift positions are available
-Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
-Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
