Customer Support Officer

What you'll be doing
-Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
-Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
-Maintaining accurate customer records and update the system
-Collaborating with the operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
-Providing administrative support to the sales department as needed

What we're looking for
-At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues
-Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
