Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end customer order support and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role involves handling order processing, resolving order issues, supporting supply and inventory management, managing billing and invoicing, maintaining accurate customer records, and liaising with relevant departments on trade-related matters. The specialist also assists in month-end closing activities and ensures high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.



Job Description / Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and manage the complete order lifecycle.

Resolve order issues, including amendments, cancellations, rush orders, and disputes.

Assist Supply team with inventory management.

Perform billing, invoicing, and Letter of Credit vetting.

Manage and respond to customer queries effectively.

Issue invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Follow up with customers for invoice payments.

Send customer surveys to capture feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels.

Maintain and update customer records, master data, and manual pricing.

Liaise with Indirect Tax, Legal, and Trade Compliance teams on trade-related issues.

Support month-end closing activities.



Required Qualifications:

Mandatory:

End-to-End Order to Cash experience.

Sales Order processing experience.

Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (mandatory).

Experience with SAP FI/CO (Finance).

Experience in Sales Order Management or Supply Chain Operations.

Adaptable, analytical, agile in learning, and results oriented.

Nice-to-Have:

SAP knowledge.

Experience in Oil & Gas sector.



Working Details:

Working Days: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Work Mode: On-site

On-Call: Eligible for after-shift allowance
