Data Analytics & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development:

Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and related tools.

Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

AI & Copilot Integration:

Implement Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Innovation Enablement:

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation, machine learning, analytics, and AI opportunities aligned with the innovation agenda.

Pilot and scale new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

Advocate for best practices in AI governance, data security, and automation standards.

Solution Architecture & Integration:

Design end-to-end solutions combining automation, analytics, machine learning and AI components.

Ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and compliance with security and governance policies.

Data Analytics & Insights:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related fields.

3–5 years in automation, AI engineering, machine learning or data analytics roles.

Experience implementing enterprise-level automation, analytics, and AI solutions.

Exposure to innovation projects or digital transformation initiatives.

Ability to work onsite Cyberjaya (2025) & IOI Tower 1, Putrajaya (2026)
