Data Entry Associate

Job Responsibilities
1. Perform Daily eKYC Reviews
Conduct onboarding reviews of new users in line with internal SOPs and AML/CFT guidelines.

Ensure timely and accurate case handling to meet daily processing and alert resolution timelines.

2. Ensure Compliance with Quality and Productivity Targets
Meet productivity benchmarks and quality assurance (QA) standards set by the team.

Complete and file Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports, and submit for senior management approval when required.

3. Name Screening & Risk Assessment
Conduct name screening against Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) and United Nations Consolidated Sanctions List (UNCSR).

Identify and escalate true hits or high-risk users, including:

Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)

Users from high-risk countries

Users with adverse media or under sanctions

Report findings to the Compliance team accordingly.

4. Document Verification & Due Diligence
Review KYC information and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company policy.

Conduct due diligence checks on flagged users.

5. Internal & External Communication
Communicate effectively with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders when follow-up actions are required.

6. Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks
Support the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Head of AML/CFT Unit on AML/CFT-related projects or assignments.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
Education: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in financial services or fintech is highly preferred.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and eKYC operational processes. Familiarity with e-money products is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Able to perform basic data analysis using formulas and PivotTables.

Soft Skills:

Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work across departments.

Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully digital work environment.
