DATA ENTRY

Job Scope:

1) Update key data in the company website (PMA, insurance details, machine body numbers).
2) Follow up on documents requiring endorsement (company stamp and signature), including invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), quotations, Receiving Notes (RN), and exchange documents.
3) Calculate and track machine movement (in/out records).
4) Print Delivery Orders (DO),Receiving Notes (RN), PMA documents and prepare service reports.
