Declaration & Clearance Assistant (PKG)

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or at least 1 year working experience in Logistics industry.

Good computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, independent and team player

Attentive to details

Job Descriptions:

Prepare and submit accurate import and export declarations through the customs system

Prepare and submit necessary documents at the customs building for import and export clearance, including K1, K2, K3 and K8 forms

Coordinate with customs officers to ensure timely and smooth customs clearance of shipments

Maintain proper filing and archiving of customs documentation for easy retrieval and auditing purposes

Follow up and process any customs clearance issues or discrepancies and escalating to the supervisor for further action

Provide updates to the team on the status of pending shipments or clearance processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
