Qualifications
-Certification in Culinary or Diploma in culinary arts is preferred.
-Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation.
-Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
-Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
-Passion for cooking with a willingness to learn.

Job responsibilities
-Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards.
-Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen activities.
-Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
-Follow proper food handling and safety protocols.
-Inspect food quality and presentation before service.
-Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
-Help monitor kitchen inventory and stock levels.
-Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
