Design Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Design Engineer to support our engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate technical drawings, ensuring design integrity, and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand design concepts, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, assembly layouts, and diagrams based on design inputs.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precision and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve design issues and improve manufacturability.
- Select suitable materials, components, and manufacturing processes to meet design objectives.
- Generate and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback from the manufacturing or quality control teams.
- Provide technical support and clarification to the manufacturing team during production.

Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with production and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
