Digital Campaign Coordination

Align campaign mechanics and creative requirements.

Participate in conversion‑rate‑optimization ideation, including building content briefs (campaign ideas, assets, landing pages, brand.com banners).

Digital Campaign Deployment

Execute digital campaign calendars.

Develop consumer journeys and assets matching campaign mechanics, align with Web and E‑commerce teams before deployment.

Liaise with external vendors and internal teams for setup, testing, validation, and deployment.

Coordinate closely with the E‑commerce team to ensure campaign accuracy.

Creative Editing and Production

Conceptualize creatives for digital platforms (banners, landing pages, key visual assets).

Produce and edit creative content for desktop and mobile according to brand.com specifications.

Collaborate with content teams to ensure adherence to brand strategy and guidelines.



Platform Support, UAT & Campaign Readiness

Support UX/UI enhancement projects for brand.com, including journey checks, navigation feedback, bug identification and ticket submission, ensuring proper escalation to Digital/IT teams and monitor progression till closure.

Support UAT for campaign launches, new product launches and platform enhancements, logging issues and validate fixes before deployment.

Track progress and results after implementation and ensure projects are delivered on time.



Performance Reporting

Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, etc.).

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.



Campaign Execution Budget Tracking

Track and manage all Digital Campaign execution expenses, ensuring accurate accruals, GR (Goods Received) submission, payment follow-up, reconciliation and reporting.
