Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Lead and drive the overall digital marketing strategy, covering branding and lead generation

Act as a key link between senior management and the marketing team

Manage and guide a multi-functional team across performance marketing, content, and social media

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement the annual digital marketing roadmap

Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and oversee the digital marketing team and team leads

Manage workflow, improve processes, and drive team performance

Global Expansion Strategy:

Drive the digital Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for international branch expansions

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Oversee end-to-end marketing funnel performance with focus on lead generation

Guide the team in optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, WeChat, and Baidu

Marketing Technology & Innovation

Drive the adoption of marketing tools, automation, and CRM systems

Improve efficiency through integration of MarTech solutions



Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role

Experience in high-ticket B2C/B2B lead generation is highly preferred

Familiar with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok (WeChat/Baidu is an added advantage)

Fluent in English; Chinese is an added advantage
