Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Plan, setup, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads / Paid Search
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads & XHS

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs

Generate quality leads through paid media campaigns

Prepare weekly campaign performance reports

Work closely with internal designer and marketing team on campaign assets

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related working experience in performance marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns

Familiar with campaign analytics and reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong sense of ownership with the ability to collaborate across teams

Bonus Skills

Experience in B2B or technology-related marketing

Familiar with CRM, automation tools, or WhatsApp marketing

Basic copywriting skills

SEO knowledge is an advantage
