• Lead new product development from idea to launch and customer approval.
• Solve complex technical problems using sound engineering judgment.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams.
• Manage project timelines and R&D budget efficiently.
• Handle internal and external communication to improve coating products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee Customer Service performance and key metrics.
Requirement:
