advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle long hours of standing.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
岗位职责
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and storage areas.
• Check and ensure all cleaned items are properly dried, polished, and stored.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and waste disposal duties.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards according to company policies and regulations.
• Support kitchen team during peak hours when required.
