统筹仓库日常运作，包括物料 / 成品的收、发、存管理，确保流程规范高效。
合理规划仓库区域，分配库位，优化存储布局，提高空间利用率，保障物资摆放有序。
监督库存盘点工作，确保账实相符，及时处理盘盈盘亏，分析差异原因。
管理仓库团队，安排人员排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队作业效率。
执行安全管理制度，排查消防、设备等安全隐患，确保仓库作业安全。
对接采购、生产、销售等部门，协调物料供应与成品发货，保障生产及订单履行。
