Distributor Manager (Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a 12-month joint business plan with the distributor that aligns with the RSM region’s annual business objectives.

Effectively manage and enhance distributor performance within the assigned area.

Lead and coach the distributor sales team to achieve top-tier commercial capabilities in serving General Trade customers.

Lead and coach the internal sales team to achieve top-tier commercial capabilities in serving Modern Trade customers.

Deliver sales targets by channel and category through effective trade spend planning.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin dialects. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2–3 years of working experience in the FMCG General Trade sales environment, with distributor management experience.

Proven track record in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team.

Strong business acumen, with experience and ability to manage trade investments.
