Document Controller (Contract) (Japan-based design company)

Job Description:

This role supports the smooth execution of new projects and ensures quality control throughout the process. Working within a design-and-build environment that covers everything from design to construction, you will collaborate closely with project teams to enable accurate and timely information sharing.

Manage and centralize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction-related documents

Track and follow up on document submissions, receipts, approvals, revisions, etc.

Coordinate documentation among clients, designers, construction teams, and suppliers

Maintain and manage records required for quality control and audit purposes

Support reporting, document standardization, and process improvements

Job Requirements:

Experience in document control within construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries

Basic understanding of drawings and technical documentation

Experience using Aconex
