What you'll be doing

Manage the collection, classification, archiving, and distribution of technical documentation for both general and specialized equipment.

Support the preparation, revision, submission, archiving, and training coordination for departmental quality management system documents.

Process online approvals for engineering and service contracts prepared by engineers, handle payment processing, and manage offline contracts and construction documentation

Coordinate and distribute department meeting minutes through online platforms.

Provide support for other day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Fresh graduates welcome.

At least 2 years of experience in a document control role.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of technical documents

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
