Drone Pilot

Alliance Agrotech is looking for a motivated and responsible Drone Pilot to support agricultural drone operations, including crop spraying, monitoring, mapping, and data collection. Training will be provided to successful candidates who are eager to learn and develop a career in drone technology and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drones for agricultural activities such as spraying, monitoring, and mapping.
- Assist in planning and preparing drone flights.
- Perform basic pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Ensure drones and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Collect and submit flight records and operational reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all operations.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with no prior drone experience are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Interest in technology, drones, or agriculture.
- Willing to work outdoors and travel to project sites.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
