E-Commerce Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION (E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE)

Key Responsibilities

•Well-versed with e-commerce operations across various platform. Experienced in product listing/delisting, order processing, and customer service coordination; understands online-offline integrated operation.

•Collect and analyze data; Proficient in Excel and MS Office software; Office software; Able to compile sales reports independently.

•Excellent communication and coordination skills; Liaise efficiently with stores, design, customer service, and other departments.

•Strong customer service mindset; Problem-solving skills; Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle complaints and emergencies.

•Proactive, responsible, and a team player; Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

•Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Additional

•Experience in retail or e-commerce operations preferred.

•Basic image processing skills (e.g., elementary Photoshop) preferred.

Languages

•Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English.

Qualifications:

•Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
