Job Description

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.
Process and track customer orders, returns and exchanges.
Repond to customer inquiries vao email, chat or social media.
Cordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Resolve issues related to online order, payment and customer complaints.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (such as shopee, lazada, tik tok).
