Ecommerce Coordinator / Assistant

Job Description

Process e-commerce and webstore orders on daily basis in timely manner.
Participate with e-commerce team for live session and product video shooting.
Check and update inventory to marketplaces and web stores on daily basis.
Handle chat answering.
Assist eCommerce packing on daily basis to ensure item being shipped out correctly on time.
Team work spirit, work together with team member all the time to achieve targeted result.

Requirement

Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English
Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Words
Preferably with min 1 year experience in e-commerce. Basic knowledge of Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok seller centre management.
