Electrical Project Manager (Data Center- 1 year Contract)

⚡ Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center projects, overseeing all electrical systems from site preparation through to commissioning and handover.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise in mission-critical environments and a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installations. High performers will have the opportunity for permanent conversion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of electrical systems for data center projects

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources

Manage scope of work, subcontract packages, and tender submissions

Review electrical method statements, drawings, and safety procedures

Provide technical guidance on design documents (SLD, power distribution, control systems)

Oversee installation, inspection, testing & commissioning (T&C) of:

MV/LV distribution systems

UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU, critical power systems

Ensure compliance with international/local codes and Tier data center standards

Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, and operational systems

Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently

Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication

Ensure proper documentation, testing reports, and final handover packages

✅ Job Requirements
Must-Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

5–8 years of experience in electrical project management (data center or mission-critical projects)

Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU, and power distribution systems

Proven experience in large-scale installation, testing, and commissioning

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Additional Requirements:

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends when required
