ELECTRICAL & ROBOTIC ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities :

Selection & Purchase of parts.

Design electrical drawings in strict accordance with the existing electrical schemes & styles.

The debugging of the equipment before shipment and the customer's response at the time of shipment to ensure that its meets the customer's style requirement.

Corporate with the relevant business departments to carry out overall solution design.

Check the wiring & installation of robots and related parts by electric installation personnel.

Offline programming & debugging of robot applications.

On-site debugging after project introduction & paternity work after completion (including but not limited to on-site technical improvement, special problem collection, operation, maintenance training, etc.)

Temporary work arranged by superiors.

Responsible for on-site customer servicing & next project information planning



Job Requirements :

Degree or above in robotic, electrical or mechatronic engineering.

Min 2 years of experience in the robotic & electrical design of non-standard equipment, and experience in the design of automotive welding fixture equipment is preferred those who have experience in white body welding & installation & main project are preferred.

Familiar with more than 1 commonly used PLC (MITSUBISHI, OMRON, Siemens, Allen Bretly) and touch screen programming; familiar with DEVICENER, CCLINK related fieldbus configuration.

Familiar with the selection of the electrical components. electrical wiring, wiring of control cabinet components, familiar with the use of drawing software, familiar with gas path diagrams.

Those who are familiar with offline simulation software are preferred.

Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to overseas business trips & overtime, strong team communication & cooperation ability.
