Embedded Firmware Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements
-Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 3 years relevant experience needed for senior possition.
-Fresh graduate that have exposure in embedded software/firmware programming are welcome to apply for junior possition.
-Must possess programming language such as C and C++ Language
-Knowledge in bluetooth and wifi protocol will be an added advantage.
-Sufficient knowledge of reading schematics and components' datasheets.
-Able to work independently and have good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
-Candidates must be able to read, speak and write in mandarin as he/she needs to work closely with China IoT Developer Service Provider.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Perai, Penang.

Responsibilities
-Understanding of design specifications and determination of design concept.
-Responsible for designing, coding and testing of embedded software/firmware based on product specifications and requirements
-Perform troubleshooting and debugging to ensure functionalities and optimize performance.
-Challenge status quo to continuously improve software capabilities, approaches and processes.
-Participate in design reviews to ensure quality design output.
-Preparation of of technical documents for project implementation and support.
-Be part of product development team ensuring smooth product introduction.
-To assist in other related tasks when required.
