1. Purchase Requisition and Procurement Support
● Prepare and submit Purchase Requisitions based on approved scope.
● Check quotations, specifications, item codes, and technical alignment.
● Track Purchase Orders until full delivery.
● Verify Goods Receipt Notes against PO and delivery notes.
● Coordinate with Procurement and Accounts on invoices and payment issues.
● Maintain procurement tracker and vendor database.
Accountability
● PR accuracy and completeness.
● On-time PO follow-up.
● Zero mismatch between PO, GRN, and received items.

2. Spare Parts and Tools Management
● Maintain Master Spare Parts and Tools List with Monthly updates.
● Plan reordering based on minimum stock and usage trend.
● Control storage, labeling, and traceability.
● Conduct scheduled stock take and resolve variances.
● Monitor tool condition and arrange calibration or replacement.

3. Safety and Health Coordination (Northern Branch)
● Act as Safety and Health Committee Secretary or Lead.
● Conduct quarterly SHE inspections and follow-up actions.
● Maintain SHE records and registers.
● Liaise with DOSH, BOMBA, and related authorities.
● Develop and update Safe Working Procedures.
● Coordinate Emergency Response Team drills and readiness.
● Investigate accidents and near-miss cases.
● Prepare root cause analysis and CAPA.
● Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and awareness sessions.
● Monitor PPE usage and manage inventory.
● Prepare monthly SHE performance reports.
● Coordinate health surveillance and first aid readiness with HR.
● Support the Employer in identifying and implementing measures required to protect the safety and health of employees.
● Assist the Employer in conducting scheduled and ad-hoc workplace safety inspections.
● Assist the Employer in carrying out workplace risk assessments, including hazard identification and risk control actions.
● Assist the Employer in reporting workplace accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning, and occupational diseases to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) using prescribed forms JKKP 6, JKKP 7, and JKKP 8.
● Carry out other safety and health related duties as directed by the Employer.
● Apply and manage (PATK1) – “Permohonan Aktif No. Daftar Tempat Kerja” (MyKKP).
