ENGINEERING & SUPERVISOR

ENGINEERING
- Plan, design air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies prior to project commencement.
- Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, and clients on daily site activities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support and solutions as required.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies at site promptly.

SUPERVISOR
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to the approved drawings, specifications, and instructions given by the Engineer or Project Manager.
- Monitor the attendance, performance, and discipline of workers and sub-contractors under your supervision.
- Assign tasks and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project targets and deadlines
