(Entry Level) Orthopedic Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver surgical implant sets and instruments to hospitals before scheduled surgeries.
• Attend surgeries in the Operating Theatre (OT) to support surgeons with product usage.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and implant sets are complete, and ready before each case.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff regarding surgery schedules and product requirements.
• Manage the collection, checking, and organization of surgical instruments after each procedure.
• Travel to hospitals and clinics within the assigned region when required.
• Assist the team with other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments and operating theatres.
• Willing to travel and work according to surgery schedules (including early morning or occasional weekends).
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
