ERP Consultant

Location: Bandar Utama, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fully Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and provide post-implementation support. This role involves analysing business processes, configuring ERP systems, developing custom solutions, and ensuring smooth integration across business functions.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, delivering scalable ERP solutions and supporting ERP implementations across Malaysia and Laos.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Conduct business process analysis, including AS-IS and TO-BE documentation and fit-gap analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.

Configure and optimize ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects.

Develop system customizations, workflows, and enhancements.

Manage data migration activities, including validation, reconciliation, and system cutover.

Support system upgrades, patches, and version migrations.

Ensure system security, access controls, and proper documentation.

Provide consultation, user training, and system support to regional teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Accounting, or related field.

3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably ERPNext / Frappe Framework.

Experience with ERP implementation projects and system customization.

Strong functional knowledge of ERP modules such as Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, and Payroll is an advantage.

Proficiency in Python for ERP customization and development.

Familiarity with ERPNext customization tools (Custom Fields, DocTypes, Workflows, Scripts, Print Formats).

Experience with system integrations and API connectivity.

Knowledge of Git and basic DevOps practices is a plus.
