Event Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands.

• Handle all public relations/exhibition events and work closely with agency including co-ordinate to dealers for event arrangement.

• Develop and organize events to sharpen the brand & products.

• Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).

• Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire.

• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (venue, catering, travel).

• Provide support, guidance, materials, and information to dealer network when planning local event.

• Monitoring public opinion, dealing with negative voices and brand crisis.



Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, in public relations, communication, journalism, or relevant fields.

• Professional experience: 2 years above related experience. Experienced in automobile industry will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities.

• Language requirement: English as working language, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Ability to work in a small team, start-up operation.
