Event Operations Specialist

Job Scope:
• Plan, write, execute and review live-streaming product activities, and be responsible for performance growth
• Coordinate across departments and work closely with design, product and technical teams to ensure timely execution
• Conduct competitor research, monitor activity performance and optimize plans accordingly
• Study user behavior and psychology to improve key performance indicators

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• At least 1 year experience in product / activity planning
• Experience in overseas entertainment live-streaming / voice / social platform operations is an advantage
• Good data analysis, logical thinking and communication skills
• Familiar with office software and basic design tools
• Experience in platforms such as Bigo Live or Partying is preferred
