EXECUTIVE, AGRIBUSINESS

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Plan, coordinate and monitor agribusiness operations and crop production activities.

2. Oversee farm management, irrigation, fertilization and pest control practices.

3. Manage supply chain, procurement and vendor relations for agricultural inputs.

4. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.

5. Lead and supervise farm staff, providing guidance and performance monitoring.

6. Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.



Requirements :

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science / Agribusiness / Plantation Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in agribusiness, farm management or other related projects.

Experience in crop production, supply chain management or agricultural operations preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently, lead teams and travel to farm / sites as needed.
