Executive, Central Ordering

Role Purpose

Responsible to directly involved in end-to-end supply chain operations focusing on fulfillment of orders for different retail seasons, ensuring top notch customer service for internal and external stakeholders likewise ensuring shipping / logistics efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Business Acumen

Oversee daily order fulfillment process (i.e. order entry, invoicing, administration, track incoming shipments, manage fulfillment materials, follow shipping procedures, etc.).

People

Coordinates with other teams / support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively.

Proactively and promptly updates the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.

Process

Allocates inventory to meet customer demand.

Maintain and update inventory data on a regular basis and to ensure accuracy at all time.

Manages reporting for all inbound and outbound stock transfers in a timely manner.

Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

Monitor overall teams housekeeping to close pending orders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.

Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

At least 2 years (s) of working experience in order fulfillment and inventory control is required for this position.

Competent with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
