Executive, Collection Management/ TeleCollector (Fresh Graduate encourage!)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving individual collection results.

Advise customers to make timely payments and act as a reminder for due dates.

Respond to customer requests based on their requirements.

Maintain good customer service standards and uphold the company’s image.

Perform dunning activities based on allocated queues.

Conduct extensive follow-up with customers via phone calls, emails, and faxes to ensure payments are made within the credit term.

Build and maintain good client relationships while ensuring high service levels.

Meet collection targets and achieve financial objectives set by management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree holder.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English and Malay.

Proficient in MS Office and basic PC knowledge.

Strong listening and empathy skills.

Persuasive, with the ability to influence positive actions and behaviors.

Able to handle and manage stress effectively.
