💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of customer loan application before submitting to financiers

Follow-up with financiers on loan application status and ensuring approval is received within agreed timeframe

Assist in handling customer enquiries from all communication channels (calls, live chat, social media and email) in a professional manner. Be familiar with Direct Lending's value proposition and product offering

Work closely with loan consultants in delivering remarkable borrowing experience for each borrower

Familiar with the company and financier’s lending criteria

Highly organised, attention to detail, persistent. Able to work well under pressure & multi-tasking

Result orientated and hungry to learn. Team player and work well in a team environment

Customer-first mindset and keen to help people in solving their problems

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ideally minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. No finance & credit experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
