Job Responsibilities:

Planned monthly purchase quantity by forecasting the demand from TG Group

Analyse the raw material price movement to ensure the goods are purchased in the most cost-efficient way

Coordinated with multiple external entities to handle import shipments, including selecting forwarding agents for customs clearance and arranging transportation with haulers to move containers from the port to the factories.

Responsible for managing the entire Procure to Pay process, including purchasing goods and making vendor payments.

Responsible for coordinating the movement of containers, including delivering them to the factory, and returning empty containers to the depot. This is to ensure timely delivery of goods to the factory and to avoid incurring additional charges.

Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings
