Job Responsibilities :
-Monitor and issue import status advisories for all vessels involved in empty discharging at PSA port.
-Reconcile, identify, and arrange deliveries where movements are applicable.
-Ensure container declarations are correctly segregated as per requirements.
-Follow up and request corrections for discrepancies after import status completion.
-Coordinate with the terminal to correct bundled declarations for overland and shortland notifications.
-Oversee handling of all overland dry and reefer containers upon PSA terminal notification.
-Prepare and distribute reefer reports to respective depots.
-Prepare reefer container lists by type/machinery for depot segregation.
-Arrange Offhire immediately once units are discharged.
-Request Offhire references, obtain approvals, and gather relevant information from lessors.
-Engage transport providers to arrange Offhire trucking.
-Manage one-way and misuse delivery arrangements where applicable.
-Assist in resolving EDI tracking issues that SSC cannot rectify independently.
-Coordinate with SSC to manually update container tracking for special cases, including bundled moves and Off hire movements.
-Arrange SALES units between hub and depots upon receipt of notifications from the sales team.
-Plan container movements based on instructions for local discharge or repositioning to other ports.
-Coordinate with local logistics teams for handling local discharge.
-Arrange space requests with ARO/CF for repositioning to other ports upon confirmation.
-Support the planning unit until container loading completion and creation of MEMO BL.

Job Requirements :
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in container depot, terminal, logistics, or shipping operations.
-Exposure to import transshipment, container movements, and terminal operations.
-Strong knowledge of container logistics and terminal operation
-Excellent coordination and communication skills
-Familiar with EDI tracking system and PORTNET system is advantage.
-High attention to details and problem-solving capability
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Sales, terminal, GBS, Depot, Lessor)
