Executive - Medical Scientific Affairs

Provide high-level scientific and clinical expertise to support product lifecycle management and regional medical strategy.

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions to drive scientific exchange.

Deliver medical and scientific information on company products to internal and external stakeholders, including lectures and presentations.

Contribute to the development and execution of regional medical plans aligned with global strategy.

Support evidence generation initiatives, including clinical development programs, real-world evidence collection, and Investigator Initiated Studies.

Organize and participate in advisory boards, scientific congresses, and medical education events.

Provide medical training and education to internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory) and external audiences.

Assist in the organization and scientific support of external events such as symposia and workshops.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs in all medical activities.

Requirements:

Requires a Medical Doctor, experience in intensive, critical care and/or anaesthesiology, surgery or Internal Medicine is preferred.

Good experience in full time working in hospital medicine.

Proficiency in English Work experience in medical device, pharmaceutical and/or academy is an advantage
