Executive, Operation Audit

Your Mission:

Conduct regular operational audits across assigned plants, departments, and processes.

Review compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, and operational guidelines.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, and propose practical improvements.

Prepare audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Follow up on audit issues to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Collaborate with department heads to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.

Assist in investigating operational irregularities or non-compliance cases when required.

Maintain proper audit documentation and records for reference and tracking.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations.



What are we looking for:

Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma of relevant field or equivalent.

Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English

Relevant working experience in polymer synthesis and petrochemical synthesis plant would be advantageous.

Able to write and communicate well
