Position : Executive Service Consultant (Call Centre)
RM2500 to RM3000 (based on work experience)
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Company: Banking & Financial Institutions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM

We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum SPM with good grades (Diploma/degree holders welcome)
✔️ Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
✔️ 1–2 years call centre/customer service experience is a plus
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Basic numerical and computer skills
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries on products, services, and promotions
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service
• Follow up on customer cases until resolved
• Update and maintain accurate records in the system
