Job Description
🚀 Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Driving :
Your role is critical to commercial success, focusing on three major pillars:
1. Data Analysis and Category Strategy
Become the Insight Expert: Analyze Scan Data (Nielsen, Kantar, EPOS) to produce monthly topline reports and in-depth performance trends (e.g., pack type, pricing elasticity, competitive promotion timing).
Recommend Growth Strategies: Conduct Category Reviews for key accounts, using data to recommend customized strategies that enhance category growth and optimize promotion timing and mechanics with the Key Account team.
Support Brand Marketing: Provide quarterly category and product insights to support Brand Marketing's strategic decisions.
2. Trade Marketing & In-Store Execution
Activation Flawlessness: Assist in executing customized trade and shopper activations (contests, roadshows, sampling) that align with retailers' promotion calendars and new product launches.
Merchandising Rollout: Design, roll out, and monitor Merchandise Storage Material (MSM) and Point-of-Sale Material (POSM), ensuring all materials are maintained and visually consistent with Brand Marketing creatives.
Performance Monitoring: Produce crucial monitoring reports and post-mortem analysis of trade activations to measure KPIs against targets.
3. Space Management & Merchandising Mastery
Planogram Implementation: Provide expert Space Management advice to the Key Account team and retail chains based on scan data analysis.
Field Supervision: Work with Branches to supervise and monitor the monthly implementation and maintenance of all rolled-out planograms.
Training: Train the Sales and Merchandising forces on the proper usage of merchandising tools and best practices for shelf presence.
✅ What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following mandatory qualifications and experience:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry in a role focused on Trade Marketing or Category Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or its equivalent.
Technical Skill: Proficient in using Space Management software (e.g., Nielsen’s tools).
Communication: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
