What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As the warehouse operations person, you will be responsible for:

-Providing leadership in all aspects of warehousing, operations and inventory control.

-Monitoring and controlling all incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure seamless flow.

-Planning, organizing, and managing warehouse systems and daily activities for maximum efficiency.

-Training, motivating, and developing warehouse staff to successfully achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

-Maintaining warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure a high state of operational readiness.

-Managing timely inventory updates, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, executing cycle counting, and ensuring superior stock accuracy.

-Analysing inventory data and producing accurate and timely reports for management.

-Performing any other task as assigned by a superior from time to time.

What You'll Bring: Requirements

-We're looking for a candidate who is ready to lead with integrity and skill:

-Education: At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

-Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field.

-Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

-ERP Advantage: Experience with an ERP system will be a significant advantage.

-Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.

-Soft Skills: Must possess strong leadership, inter-personal, and communication skills.

-Mindset: Must demonstrate initiative with a keen concern and detail oriented for orders, transparency, and compliance with Company policies.

-Character: Possess a high level of integrity.

-Role Focus: Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

-Location: Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
