Executive/Manager, Digital Platforms

-Assist in managing the development and execution of Retail Stockbroking strategies, products and channel initiatives across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
-Support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the company’s front-end and middle-end trading platforms in accordance with the established direction and priorities;
-Identify opportunities for system enhancement and process improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience and service quality;
-Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery, system enhancements and issue resolution;
-Ensure all project documentation including business requirements, test plans and scripts, communication plan and review are properly developed and maintained;
-Drive effective communication, training and dissemination of materials to all impacted stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for any new projects, enhancements or initiatives.

Requirement:
-Recent graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance and /or Information Technology is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
-Excellent stakeholder management to ensure alignment and support.
-Ability to foster collaboration among team members to resolve competing priorities.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen focus.
-Strong documentation skills with the ability to create, maintain, and present clear, comprehensive project documentation.
