Export Sales Administration

Responsibilities and Authorities:
-To support the Value Chain Project by studying the shipment lead time and costing.
-To prepare monthly forecast based on the customer current sales trend.
-To track and prepare export weekly sales estimation.
-To participate PSI meeting to support the smooth supply-demand chain.
-To keep track on the shipment costing and support in shipping quotation preparation.
-To arrange shipments for in charged countries.
-To prepare delivery documents and correspondences.
-To courier product samples to local and overseas customers.
-To prepare credit/debit note for miscellaneous claim.
-Support to ensure the compliance with systems requirement within the area of responsibility (Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, Safety, Halal and Food Defense).
-Travelling out of premises is required within the area of responsibility.
