Develop accurate 3D garment samples using CLO 3D based on 2D patterns.

Collaborate with pattern makers to ensure precise construction and optimal fit.

Identify and troubleshoot fit issues digitally, providing refined solutions.

Maintain digital libraries of patterns, trims, fabrics, and materials.

Support digital workflows across sampling, marketing, and production processes.

Oversee software license renewals (e.g., CLO 3D, Alvanon, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Research and interpret seasonal trends, market demands, and consumer behavior to develop relevant design concepts.

Lead the design process from concept development to final styling and handover.

Create detailed technical flats and design presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Source innovative fabrics, trims, and inspirations to support creative direction.

Develop and refine garment samples and functional prototypes.

Conduct fit sessions and implement necessary design or construction modifications.

Prepare comprehensive tech packs and specification sheets for production.

Coordinate closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality development.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to present collections and make adjustments based on costing, market trends, or feedback.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the superior from time to time.


Requirements

Strong knowledge of garment construction and full-cycle product development.

Skilled in 3D garment modeling and digital patternmaking using CLO 3D.

Proficient in industry-standard design software: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Accurate and detail-oriented in fit analysis, fabric selection, and design execution.

Solid understanding of fabric behavior, trims, and garment finishing techniques.

Generates creative and original design ideas aligned with brand direction.

Well-versed in seasonal fashion trends, color palettes, and market movements.

Strong troubleshooting skills in digital fitting and material applications.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; collaborates well across departments

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Capable of meeting tight deadlines and adhering to seasonal calendars and launch timelines.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Drafting, or a related field.
